ABOUT AMERICA & MOORE
The CrossFit trainers of DEI & antiracism
With over two hundred combined years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism, the America & MOORE team brings an innovative approach that is shaped by how people work, interact, and learn today. Just like trainers in the gym, we foster the organizational and individual strength needed to rise to the next level. We help organizations successfully move through DEI interventions to an antiracist way of living and operating.
America & MOORE team members use their experience, expertise, and content to match the needs of our clients, from those starting out to those further along. We guide groups or individuals to move beyond DEI and to the journey of becoming Moore equitable, inclusive, and antiracist. This challenging approach builds individual and organizational readiness, which is a growth asset for our ever-changing America.
